Happy Without Histamine is operated by Luanne Hopkinson (ABN 93 816 394 809), trading from Suite 205, 330-332 Hawthorn Road, Caulfield, VIC 3162, Australia.
Credit card payments are processed through Stripe or Square. Stripe and Square are payment processors certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Once your Stripe profile is set up I only ever see the last four digits of your card.
All purchases made on my website are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement. The policies below apply in addition to those rights, not instead of them.
What lifetime access means
Where a program is described as lifetime access, lifetime access means access for as long as Luanne Hopkinson continues to operate Happy Without Histamine and continues to offer that specific program. Lifetime access is not a guarantee of access forever. If a program is discontinued, or Happy Without Histamine ceases to operate, access to that program may end. Where reasonably possible, existing customers will be given at least one month's notice before a program is discontinued.
I stand by my work, my training programs and my courses, and you can read through the testimonials if you are unsure before you buy.
All programs are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately on purchase. From the moment of purchase you have the whole program, including every downloadable handout, worksheet and recording. Because the full value of the product is delivered at once, and because of the intellectual property involved, refunds are not granted on educational products or programs.
Any refund issued outside the written policies on this page is made at my sole discretion as a gesture of goodwill. A discretionary refund does not create a right to a refund in any other case, and it does not set a precedent for future requests.

As there has been no direct consultation, these are recommendations and guidelines only. Results can vary, and there is always the possibility you will not get the results you are looking for. No provider-client relationship for self-paced programs
Kickstart, BrainFood, BrainFood Plus, my eBooks and Masterclasses are self-paced education programs. BrainFood Plus includes live group coaching, which is not a one-to-one consultation with me or with any other coach involved in the program. Purchasing or completing Kickstart, BrainFood, BrainFood Plus, an eBook or a Masterclass does not create a provider-client relationship with me or with any other coach involved in delivering the program. A provider-client relationship is only formed once you have completed a private initial consultation with me, or have enrolled in the Happy Without Histamine Method and completed your initial consultation.
The materials provided by me in these courses are for the use of the students enrolled in the course. Copyrighted course materials may not be further disseminated.
All other uses are expressly prohibited. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any part of the course unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by Luanne Hopkinson. Your login details are for your own use only and must not be shared, resold or distributed. I may update, adjust or discontinue a program at any time, and where a program you have purchased is discontinued, the lifetime access terms above apply.
Kickstart is a lifetime access program, covered under the lifetime access terms above.
Working with minors
My programs and consultations are intended for adults. As an exception, I may provide one-to-one nutrition or nervous system brain retraining support to a minor under 16, including components of the Happy Without Histamine Method, where the minor's parent or guardian has given consent and is present throughout the session. I do not use MAP Rapid Rewire with minors, under any circumstance. As a clinical nutritionist, I am trained in calculating appropriate supplement dosages for minors, supported by their guardian, using paediatric dosing methods such as Young's Rule. Personal and health information collected in these sessions is handled in line with my privacy policy. Outside of this exception, Kickstart, BrainFood, BrainFood Plus, my eBooks, my Masterclasses and my other programs are not intended for use by anyone under 16.
Happy Without Histamine Method
The Happy Without Histamine Method has its own refund window, separate from the general no-refunds policy above. You have 48 hours from the time of purchase to change your mind. This includes a refund minus bank and administration fees of approximately $250 USD. After 48 hours, no refunds are available on this program.
If you join the program and Luanne Hopkinson deems your case not able to be supported, a refund may be negotiated, minus time and services used and bank and administration fees.
BrainFood
BrainFood is a self-paced nervous system education program. Some parts of BrainFood are optional, and every optional part is marked as optional inside the program.
The core BrainFood course is a lifetime access program, covered under the lifetime access terms above.
BrainFood Plus is a membership add-on to the core course, made up of group coaching and additional support. BrainFood Plus is available as a fixed term of four or twelve months, or as a recurring monthly membership. The recurring membership continues until cancelled and is billed automatically each month. You can cancel the recurring membership at any time, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refund is given for the remaining days already paid for that period. Access to the BrainFood Plus extras, including group coaching, ends when your fixed term or recurring membership ends. The core BrainFood course remains lifetime access regardless of whether you continue with BrainFood Plus.
The optional parts include the guided audio recordings, which use focused attention techniques sometimes described as clinical or Ericksonian hypnosis, the non sleep deep rest (NSDR) recordings, a separate meditation section recorded by a guest teacher, the qi gong and chair yoga video libraries, and the MAP Rapid Rewire section, which uses the MAP (Make Anything Possible) method.
BrainFood can be completed in full without using any of the optional parts listed above. The core program is education, breathing, movement, somatic practice and daily written exercises, and all of them are done fully awake and under your own control.
By purchasing BrainFood you acknowledge that you were told which parts of the program are optional before you purchased, and that a preference not to use an optional part is not a basis for a refund.
Nothing in BrainFood requires you to hold, adopt or set aside any religious or spiritual belief. If a tool does not sit comfortably with your beliefs or your history, you are free to skip that tool. Email me if you would like help choosing an alternative.
BrainFood is educational and is not therapy, counselling or psychological treatment. If any practice causes distress, stop the practice and speak with your doctor or a registered mental health practitioner.
Private consultations
Payment for individual appointments is due at the time of booking and can be made via credit or debit card. I understand that sometimes life gets in the way and you may need to re-schedule or even cancel an appointment. You can do this anytime through the link in your confirmation email up to 48 hours before your appointment time. If I am not provided with at least a full day's notice my cancellation and refund policy applies.
There are no refunds available for time already used within a package or bundle.
I (Luanne Hopkinson) am not a medical doctor, psychiatrist or psychologist; I do not service medical emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, you must contact your primary care physician or dial your country's emergency number (000 for Australia).

Payment plans
Where a payment plan is offered for the Happy Without Histamine Method, this consists of a fixed number of instalments charged automatically to your card on the agreed schedule. The number of instalments, the amount of each instalment and the charge dates are shown to you before you complete your purchase. Instalments continue until the full program fee has been paid and do not renew or continue beyond that point. If you wish to stop future instalments, email [email protected]. Stopping instalments does not itself cancel your enrolment or entitle you to a refund of instalments already paid, this remains governed by the Happy Without Histamine Method refund policy above. If a scheduled instalment payment fails or is declined, I may suspend your access to the program until payment is brought up to date. You remain responsible for the full amount owed under your payment plan regardless of any suspension.
Customers in the UK and European Union
If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days.
Because programs are delivered digitally and access begins immediately, you will be asked at checkout to expressly consent to access beginning straight away and to acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once access has been granted. Where you give that consent and access is granted, the 14 day cancellation right no longer applies.
If you have not given that consent, or access has not yet been granted, you may still cancel within 14 days. If you asked for the program or service to begin within those 14 days, you will be charged for the value of what you received up to the point you told me you were cancelling.
To cancel, email [email protected] stating that you wish to cancel, along with your name and order details.
Community guidelines
Where your program includes access to group coaching calls, a community group or a forum, you agree to participate respectfully and to keep confidential what other participants share. Harassment, abuse, spam and disruptive behaviour are not permitted. Please do not give another participant specific medical, therapeutic or legal advice, such as naming particular medications, therapies or doctors. Sharing your own experience and general encouragement is welcome. I monitor these spaces to help keep them safe and supportive, though moderation may not be immediate, particularly outside business hours or across time zones. A breach of these guidelines may result in removal from the community or the program, without refund.
Ending your access
I may suspend or end your access to a program, without refund, if you fail to pay an amount owed, breach these terms, or engage in conduct that is abusive, disruptive or unsafe towards me or towards other participants. You may stop participating in a program at any time, though stopping does not cancel any payment obligation you have already agreed to.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in this section limits any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement. Subject to those rights, and to the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your participation in a program, and my total liability to you for any claim relating to a program is limited to the amount you paid for that program.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for any claim, loss or damage that arises from your own breach of these terms, or from your own actions or decisions while participating in a program.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute relating to these terms is to be dealt with in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
Entire agreement
These terms, together with my privacy policy, form the entire agreement between us regarding your purchase of a program.
